Navigation data:Computer systems and software procedures used for the effective operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of web communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses, , domain names, URI/URL addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator), the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), cookies and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment, including registration and maintenance of the system.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also used:

Data communicated by the user: the visitor/user is not obliged to provide any personal data, with the exception of the "PRIVATE AREA" and the "NEWSLETTER", freely chosen by the user and where a specific privacy policy is available. The holder will process such data to offer the service requested in accordance with the indications of this Privacy Policy and the specific information provided at the time of subscription. Some data from users who send requests for information to the e-mail address indicated on the website: info@fillchimica.com might be gathered.
These data will be used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested and will be processed by the data controller or, in some cases, by collaborators authorised for processing by the data controller (administrative staff, technical assistants, sales staff or computer system administrators).
The holder shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal data.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data communicated by the user through the filling in of the form on the site is represented by the need of a contractual or potentially pre-contractual relationship expressed through voluntary registration for the provision of services.
Navigation data are only handled by technical staff in charge of data processing or people charged with occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or diffused. The personal data provided by users who register in the private area are used only to perform the service or provision requested and will not be communicated to third parties. The personal data will be carried out by authorised staff, under the specific intrsuctions provided to them in relation to the purposes and methods of the treatment.

The data communicated by the user for the registration to the reserved area are stored for the time required for the purposes for which they were collected; the data communicated for the registration to the newsletter will be stored until the user requests its deletion.
Navigation data are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to establish criminal offenses by the judicial authorities).
The provision of data is optional. Refusal to provide personal data may make it impossible for FILL CHIMICA SRL to fulfil the request. Specific summary information will be reported or displayed on the website pages set up for particular on-demand services.
The subjects whose personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-21 of EU Regulation 679/16, namely: access to data concerning them, rectification, cancellation, limitation, total or partial opposition to their treatment by contacting the holder; requests are handled by the holder within a maximum period of one month.
